The Meat Room are a group of Artisan butchers who are passionate about Italian food and working with local producers of pork, lamb and beef.

Owner of the Meat Room, James Mele, is passionate about meat and loves to travel, meeting farmers, producers and fellow foodies.

James is our Head Judge alongside our judging panel at The Great Murray River Salami Festival and we look forward to his passion and expertise in all things meat!
